Blue was formed in 2006 with the simple ethos to create unique contemporary retreats on select waterfront locations, which offer the ultimate in luxury, comfort, light, space and privacy. By bringing together an experienced international team, Blue is a unique design and build group; combining immense experience and design qualities. Our team comprises:
- Oguz Erturk and Ozlem Beceriklisoy-Erturk, who received great acclaim for their cutting edge contemporary designs in Times Property (July 2007)
- Mark Lockhart of Blue and the Open Garden Company Mark has over 20 years building experience in the Mediterranean on high specification contemporary architect designed projects as well as undertaking current building and renovation works in the UK.
- Chelsea Gold winning landscape designer Lucy Summers whose use of hard landscaping & garden design has created exquisite exterior spaces combining form with functionality throughout the Mediterranean & the UK.
- Omer Calik One of the directors of Blue and local contact in Kalkan.
- Established structural engineer Bayram Karagul and experienced local builder Sabri Uslu, complete our team by combining their considerable years of construction experience to deliver houses of exceptional quality.
